step 1: Strategy call

We offer a free 30-minute Strategy Call for prospective investors. During this call, we aim to:

  • Introduce ourselves and get to know you.
  • Explain our services and what you can expect.
  • Understand your investment plans and criteria.
  • Evaluate whether we should work together.

Step 2: Contract

Now that you’ve been approved as one of our key property investment clients, we will prepare the onboarding contract, which includes the following:

  • Terms of Business: We’ll create a contract for your review, signature, and return. Please carefully review all details from your Strategy Call. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

  • Registration Fee: You’ll receive an invoice for a £750 Registration Fee. This fee is essential for processing your documents and enrolling you as a client. Note that it’s non-refundable but will be deducted from your first Sourcing Fee when we find your first property.

  • Additional Fees: Any optional services and associated fees (e.g., property refurbishment management) will be detailed in the Terms of Business Contract we provide.

We’ll meet in person to view and copy the original documents, but if that’s not possible, we’ll arrange to obtain certified copies and may require additional documentation.   1. ID: Passport or driving license.
  2. Address: Recent utility bills.
  3. Funding: Recent bank statements.

Rest assured that your personal data will be securely held in accordance with GDPR. You can request a copy of your file at any time.

Once your registration is complete, we’ll start sourcing properties for you. We’ll refer to the property investment criteria discussed in the Strategy session to find suitable properties for your consideration.

Step 5: Completing

Upon receiving a Property Presentation Pack, prompt communication is vital. Delays may result in offering the property to another client to avoid losing the opportunity.

If you decide not to purchase a property, we’ll discuss your criteria. For chosen properties, we’ll help you complete the necessary paperwork in the Pack.
